A studio that only
designs celebrations
IntageDesign started with one hand-drawn wedding invitation for a friend. Five years later we have designed more than a thousand — plus the films, boards, menus and monograms that go with them.
Our story
Built around one kind of deadline
Wedding work has a deadline that cannot move. The date is printed, the hall is booked, the family is asking. That single fact shaped how this studio runs — small team, short feedback loops, and files delivered before you have to chase them.
We work only on weddings and events, so we already know the things that usually cost a week: how an invite reads at thumbnail size in a family group, how much a flex banner stretches on a 24-foot panel, why a card looks perfect on screen and muddy once it is printed on uncoated stock.
Everything happens online. You send names, dates and a feeling — sometimes just a photo of the venue — and we come back with a draft. Two rounds of changes later, you have print-ready artwork for the printer and a WhatsApp-sized cut for the group chat. Couples in twelve countries have planned their day this way with us.
What we design
Invitation films, cards and e-invites, social packs, event signage, stationery suites and identities for wedding businesses.
What we do not
We do not print, and we do not shoot. We hand your printer and photographer files that work, and stay out of their way.

“Our invitation video had the whole family on a group call watching it twice. They understood exactly what we wanted from a two-line brief and a photo of the venue.”

How we work
Six things we hold to
Not a mission statement — just the rules we actually run the studio by.
Drawn for you, not templated
Every card, film and board starts from your names, your dates and your theme. No marketplace template with the text swapped out.
Files your printer will accept
CMYK, 300 DPI, correct bleed and safe margins, fonts outlined. We would rather answer your printer’s questions than have you reprint.
Honest about timelines
If your date does not leave enough room, we say so before you pay — and tell you what we can realistically deliver instead.
Briefed the way you already talk
A voice note, a screenshot, a Pinterest link. No forms to fill or studio visits — the whole project runs on WhatsApp or email.
One language across every piece
The motif on your invitation shows up on the menu card, the welcome board and the reels cover. The event reads as one design.
Revisions built into the price
Two full rounds on everything, and text corrections stay free until you sign off. Nobody should pay extra to fix a spelling.
The process
What working with us looks like
- 01
Tell us about your day
Share names, dates, venue, language and any theme or colour you already love. A WhatsApp voice note works just as well as a brief.
- 02
We design the first draft
You get a concept within a few days — layout, motifs, type and colour — with the wording placed exactly as it will print.
- 03
Review and revise
Send changes in one go. Two rounds of revisions are included on every project, and small text corrections are always free.
- 04
Final files delivered
Print-ready PDFs for your printer, video files sized for WhatsApp and Instagram, and every source file archived for a year.
Every celebration deserves design that lasts longer than the day.
Let’s work together
Have a date in mind?
Tell us the names, the dates and the mood. We will come back with a first look — and an honest answer on whether your timeline works.
